At the onset of your cohort (which kicks off on Monday, April 3, 2023) you’ll receive an invitation to join the community, and the details for the live call schedule, which you’ll have access to for 6 months from the day of your cohort kickoff.

If you can’t make it live, don’t worry, replays will be made available for all calls.

The live call schedule is as follows:

• Cohort Welcome Call - Monday, April 3rd from 10:30 - 11:30am ET (Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended to help you understand what to expect during your time in the program and meet your cohort peers)

• Hot Seat Group Coaching with Sarah Noked - 1st Tuesday of each month from 10:30am - 12:00pm ET (Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended)
• Core OBM Skills Breakout Sessions with Sarah Noked - 3rd Tuesday of each month from 10:30am - 12:30pm ET (Attendance or watching the replay is mandatory as these sessions include important details about projects)
• Live Lab with OBM Mentors - 3rd Thursday of each month from 10:30 - 11:30am ET (Attendance is not mandatory but recommended to help with any questions you have about the 3 projects to successfully complete during your time in the program to gain OBM Accreditation)
• Q&A Sessions with OBM Mentors - 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 2 - 3pm ET (Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended)

All the sessions will be recorded and available in your member’s area, so if you can’t attend live, it’s no biggie. But I would recommend blocking out time in your schedule to attend the monthly Breakout Sessions (this is where the real magic of the skills building happens) and at least some of the live sessions. That way, you’ll be able to ask questions and get an immediate answer to your own personal concerns or difficulties.

We recognize that each OBM brings a unique skillset which is why we have the application process. We’re invested in your success and if we think OBM Accreditation is your next best step you’ll be invited to join the program.

Ultimately, your success depends on your commitment to yourself to develop your skills, be coachable and give the OBM Skills Projects the time and attention to detail that clients would expect from you. OBM Accreditation is an intensive program and requires a minimum commitment of 4-6 hours a week.

No! And here’s why: even though you might not have official “management experience,” chances are that you have many other transferable skills that you can leverage as an OBM. In the training, we’ll show you how to identify those skills and transfer them to your OBM business and the services you offer.

The skills training, coaching and mentorship in the program requires a commitment of approximately 4-6 hours a week. To get the most out of the program, we recommend making time in your schedule to complete your projects and attend the live coaching and Q&A sessions. The projects have actually helped students when they’ve needed to deliver the exact same projects for paying clients. The time you invest in the program will pay back tenfold with your own clients! Don’t worry if you can’t make it live - all calls are recorded and will be uploaded to the member's area.

If you’re currently working in corporate or another full-time role, you could spend a few hours working on the program in the evening or on weekends, and still be on track to complete the program in the recommended time frame.

While both programs provide the Core OBM School Training Modules, the Accelerator is more focused on getting those solid foundational pieces in place to launch your OBM business and land your first "Stepping Stone Clients". This is why we call it the ultimate business blueprint.

The Accreditation program is a 6-month course focused on helping you level up the hard OBM Skills with hands-on practice/experience and support in the form of Breakout Sessions, after which you'll have the chance to  submit your projects for individualized review and feedback. Additionally, there is an extra level of support via monthly Hot Seat Group Coaching calls with Sarah, monthly "Live Lab" sessions focused on any questions you have about the projects and twice monthly live Q&A calls with OBM Mentors. As projects are successfully completed micro-credentials are awarded and after all 6 badges are earned Accreditation and a Certificate of Completion is awarded.

Unlike the Accelerator which is open to ongoing enrollment and without limited availability, OBM Accreditation cohorts start quarterly, and each cohort is limited to 20 in order for us to closely focused on every person and their progress in the program.
