At the onset of your cohort you’ll receive access to the full program and an invitation to join the OBM Accreditation Private Cohort Community, and the details for the live call schedule, which you’ll have access to for 6 months from the day of your cohort kickoff.

If you can’t make it live to the calls, don’t worry, replays will be made available.

The live call schedule is as follows:

  • Cohort Welcome Call – Monday, January 6th from 10:30 – 11:30am ET (New York) / 3:30 – 4:30pm GMT (London)
  • Live Hot Seat Coaching Calls with Sarah take place once a month, on the first Tuesday of each month. In order to accommodate our global community we offer two time slots for the Hot Seat Coaching calls:
    Call #1 takes place from 9:00 – 10:00am GMT (London) / 8:00 – 9:00pm AEDT (Sydney)
    Call #2 takes place from 10:30am – 12:00pm ET (New York) / 3:30 – 5:00pm GMT (London).
  • Live Breakout Sessions take place once a month, on the third Tuesday of each month from 10:30am – 12:30pm ET (New York) / 3:30 – 5:30pm GMT (London) for the first 3 months of the program.
  • Live Business Development Implementation Sessions take place once a month, on the second Monday of each month from 2:00pm – 4:00pm ET (New York) / 7:00 – 9:00pm GMT (London) for the second 3 months of the program.
  • Live Q&A Calls take place twice a month, on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 2:00 – 3:00pm ET (New York) / 7:00 – 8:00pm GMT (London).
  • 1:1 Office hours with your OBM Success Coach You’ll be introduced to your OBM School Success Coach the same week that your cohort kicks off at which point you’ll be provided with a link to book up to 3 twenty-minute calls.

All the sessions will be recorded and available in your member’s area, so if you can’t attend live, it’s no biggie. But we recommend blocking out time in your schedule to attend the monthly Breakout Sessions (this is where the real magic of the skills building happens) and at least some of the live sessions. That way, you’ll be able to ask questions and get an immediate answer to your own personal concerns or difficulties.

We recognize that each OBM brings a unique skillset which is why we have the application process. We’re invested in your success and if we think OBM Accreditation is your next best step you’ll be invited to join the program.

Ultimately, your success depends on your commitment to yourself to develop your skills, be coachable and give the OBM Skills Projects the time and attention to detail that clients would expect from you.

OBM Accreditation is an intensive program and requires a minimum commitment of 4-6 hours a week.

Not at all! Here’s the reason why: While you may not have formal “management experience,” it’s highly likely that you possess a range of transferable skills that can be effectively applied as an Online Business Manager.

Throughout our training, we will guide you in recognizing these skills and demonstrate how you can seamlessly adapt them to enhance your OBM business and the services you provide.

The skills training, coaching and mentorship in the program requires a commitment of approximately 4-6 hours a week. To get the most out of the program, we recommend making time in your schedule to complete your projects and attend the live coaching and Q&A sessions. The projects have actually helped students when they’ve needed to deliver the exact same projects for paying clients. The time you invest in the program will pay back tenfold with your own clients! Don’t worry if you can’t make it live – all calls are recorded and will be uploaded to the member’s area.

If you’re currently working in corporate or another full-time role, you could spend a few hours working on the program in the evening or on weekends, and still be on track to complete the program in the recommended time frame.

During your time in the program, you’ll have the opportunity to submit three projects, which are integral to earning your six credentials. Once you’ve successfully completed all three projects, you’ll be awarded an Accreditation badge and a certificate of completion.

To support your growth and ensure your achievement, each of your projects will receive up to two rounds of constructive feedback from our OBM School Founder, Sarah Noked. This personalized guidance and support will help you refine your skills and work towards your OBM credential goals.
