OBM Show Guest Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to The OBM Show, a podcast and YouTube interview series produced by Sarah Noked Ltd. (OBM School) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating as a guest on the show (the “Interview”), you (“Guest”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms outline the rights, permissions, and expectations related to the recording, use, and distribution of your interview content.

2. Consent to Record

By agreeing to participate, you grant us permission to record your Interview in both audio and video formats. You acknowledge that the recording may include your name, likeness, voice, image, and any other personal attributes you voluntarily share during the Interview.

3. Rights and Usage

You grant Sarah Noked Ltd. (OBM School) a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, distribute, promote, and repurpose the recording — in whole or in part — across all media platforms, including but not limited to:

• Podcast platforms (Apple, Spotify, etc.)

• YouTube and other video-sharing sites

• OBM School websites, courses, and marketing materials

• Email campaigns, webinars, social media, and digital advertising

You agree that we may use excerpts, quotes, and promotional clips featuring your Interview without further approval or compensation.

4. Editing and Publication

We reserve the right to edit the Interview for clarity, length, or production purposes, and to decide whether or not to publish the recording. You understand that participation does not guarantee publication or any specific outcome.

5. No Compensation

Your participation is voluntary. You understand that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or other financial compensation for the recording or its subsequent use.

6. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the final recorded materials and derivative works shall remain the sole property of Sarah Noked Ltd. You retain the right to reference your appearance and share publicly available published links to your episode.

7. Guest Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Appear on time for the scheduled recording;

• Ensure a stable internet connection, external mic or headset, and a quiet recording environment; and

• Conduct yourself professionally during the Interview.

You also acknowledge that the SquadCast interview room may display a placeholder date — this is for technical reasons and does not reflect your actual scheduled time.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

If you wish to withdraw consent for publication after recording, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee withdrawal after public release.

9. Limitation of Liability

You release Sarah Noked Ltd., its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or liability related to the recording, editing, or distribution of your Interview.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

11. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire understanding between you and Sarah Noked Ltd. regarding your participation in The OBM Show and supersedes any prior communications or agreements, whether oral or written.
