Tiffany St Pierre

I work with small business owners who need help managing the operational side of their business. As an Online Business Manager, I help with projects, processes, systems, planning and the day to day coordination that keeps things moving. I enjoy getting into the details, figuring out what isn’t working, and finding practical ways to make things simpler and more efficient.

I bring 20 years of experience in operations and accounting, including seven years in a team lead role where I managed people, projects, competing priorities and relationships across different areas of the business. I’ve evaluated and improved processes, created workflows, managed complex projects and worked through new initiatives that required research and problem solving.

I also have experience in product management and training in web development, so I’m comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly. I tend to look at the bigger picture while still paying attention to the details.

My approach is practical, collaborative and down to earth. I am someone a business owner can rely on to take ownership of the work, solve problems and help make the business easier to run.
