Nicole Thornton

Hi there! I'm Nicole, an Accredited Online Business Manager with a passion for technology and a knack for building streamlined, efficient systems that actually work. I partner with service-based business owners who are scaling — growing teams, more moving parts, revenue that's finally stable enough to build on — handling the operational and technical intricacies of their businesses so they can focus on what they do best. With expertise in tech strategy, systems integration, and operational management, I am proficient across a wide range of CRM, project management, automation, and course/membership platforms, so I can step into your existing systems rather than asking you to rebuild around mine. From auditing a disorganized tech stack to setting up automations that save hours each week, I love building the backend infrastructure that saves time and enhances productivity. As an Online Business Manager, I specialize in project management and online business strategy & support — stepping in to oversee the day-to-day so business owners can step back from the operational weight of running things alone. My goal is to bring structure, systems, and strategic support to a business so it runs smoothly, whether that means managing projects, streamlining operations, or acting as a trusted right hand behind the scenes.
