I've spent years supporting founders, and I know how much rests on your shoulders. Can you make payroll? Is there enough new business? Can you make your kid's soccer game, or are you putting out another fire? What's the most important next step for your business? Being a founder never meant you had to know everything or do everything yourself.

For six years, I supported the cofounders of a small business as it scaled from $2M to more than $6.5M in annual revenue. I managed accounts ranging from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 retailers and built the systems that carried the company through each stage of growth. My work touched operations, client services, software development, marketing, sales, customer support, HR, and board reporting. If something needed doing, I rolled up my sleeves and got it done.

My specialty is helping visionaries turn ideas into reality. I start by listening, then find where work gets stuck, build systems to keep it moving, and make sure your business can run without relying on you to hold it all together.

I do this work because I believe your business should support your life, not consume it. Whether you're ready to scale or ready to sell, I'll build your systems and operations alongside you until your team owns them.
