Miranda Murphy

Hi, I'm Miranda! I partner with founders who want to create room in their businesses to breathe.

If you're holding everything together with sticky notes and caffeine, I get it. Together, we'll create clear processes that give you a real view of what's happening in your business, so it runs smoothly whether you're in the office or finally taking that vacation.

I lead with honesty and kindness. I'll always tell you the truth about what's working and what isn't, and I'll do it with care, because I know how much of yourself you've poured into your business. I take time to understand not just your goals, but the pressure you're under.

Before becoming an OBM, I spent six years as a K-12 teacher and earned my master's in educational leadership. Turns out, managing a classroom full of kids is excellent training for managing projects, people, and a hundred moving pieces at once. I know how to meet people where they are and lead with patience, so your team feels supported and you finally have a real partner in your corner.

If you're feeling stretched thin and want someone who shows up with both structure and heart, I'd love to help lighten your load.
