Kerri Holden

I help growing businesses build financial operations, systems and processes they can trust—creating strong foundations they can build on.
With more than 23 years of finance experience, I've seen how rapid growth can expose weaknesses in the way finance operates. Processes evolve organically, knowledge becomes concentrated with one or two individuals, and leaders gradually lose confidence in the information they're relying on.

I combine deep finance expertise with an Operations Business Management approach to bridge the gap between finance and operations. Rather than simply solving today's finance challenges, I strengthen the systems, processes and financial operations that support long-term growth—giving business leaders the clarity, confidence and control to scale successfully.
