Elaine Strohm

Elaine Strohm (she/her) is the founder of Crafted to Scale Business Management Consulting. As an Accredited Online Business Manager (OBM), she partners with high-performing entrepreneurs to move past the chaos of success by building the systems and teams they need to scale without burnout.

Entrepreneurs trust Elaine as their strategic partner because they need a strong leader to manage their back-end business operations, freeing them to continue growing, gain more time with clients, and achieve their goals.

Elaine brings calm, clarity, and quiet leadership while building the systems, structure, and team support that allow entrepreneurs to thrive without burnout.

While her Bachelors degree provided the initial bricks for her career, Elaine’s certification in Psychologically Safe Leadership is a major differentiator.

Google’s Project Aristotle research shows that psychological safety is the #1 predictor of team success. The Crafted to Scale team implements that corporate-level insight and applies it to the small business world so you don’t have to deal with the revolving door of hiring and firing.

You don’t just get an OBM and a team. You gain a calm, dependable operational foundation behind your business. The constant mental load starts to ease. The Sunday scaries fade. You begin to sleep better knowing the day-to-day details are being handled with care, precision, and strong leadership. This gives you the space to focus on the bigger vision and growth.
