Hi, I’m Desiree, but most people call me Dez. I’m an OBM and systems strategist who loves bringing calm, clarity, and structure into growing businesses.

I help coaches, consultants, and service-based business owners move out of the messy middle where everything lives in their head, their inbox, or seventeen different tools, and into cleaner systems their team can actually follow.

My background blends corporate HR, online business operations, project management, team coordination, client delivery systems, and conversion-focused website/copy experience. So I naturally look at both the people side and the systems side of a business.

I’m especially good at spotting where things are getting stuck, simplifying the moving pieces, and creating practical workflows that support growth without making the business feel heavier.

I’m based in Goa, India, but work comfortably with clients across time zones and cultures. I bring a calm, thoughtful, strategic presence to the table, with just enough humor to make operations feel a little less like broccoli.
