You're a visionary creative founder who's built your business with grit, reached six figures, and you're ready to lead instead of manage. You might have a VA, a project management tool you never open, and a notes app full of ideas, and yet you're still overwhelmed. Usually it isn't about the people or the tools. It's that no one has ever built you an operational structure, so everything still runs through you and the business can't scale beyond your own capacity.

I'm Dawn, a Workflow and Systems Strategist for six-figure creative founders through Dawn Business Solutions, and that's the gap I solve. I'm also a creative myself. I design fabric and wallpaper, and I'm equally left and right brained, so I understand the creative world from the inside. When someone says they don't want a system, nobody understands the resistance more than me. What I've learned though is that a system isn't what limits your creativity. It's what protects it.
