OBM Accreditation is designed for OBMs and service support professionals who have landed their first clients and are focused on qualifying leads, keeping their pipeline full, scaling their team and advancing/improving their skills and business acumen. The Accreditation track provides hands-on support in the form of hot-seat coaching, break out training sessions, project submissions, individualized feedback and micro-credentials. This program is cohort-based, by application and start quarterly.

The Accelerator is our flagship program and it’s really where we encourage our students to start if they’re just beginning their OBM journey. Inside the program are our core OBM School learning modules complete with our extended vault of templates, tutorials, implementation materials (like standard operating procedures, questionnaires and frameworks) AND our “Extra Credit” Resource Library. The program also provides a live element of support for 6 months - in our private Facebook community and via twice monthly Q&A calls with our OBM School Mentors.

The Accelerator Self Study includes the 6 core OBM School learning modules, plus a paired down version of our Systems Vault, where you’ll have access to core templates, tutorials and SOPs. This program is a good option for people who work better independently and don’t need the accountability or support that comes with the flagship Accelerator program.
