Accelerator Refund Policy

 

We are committed to your success in the Accelerator program. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. To ensure a fair and transparent refund process, we have outlined our policy below:

60-Day Refund Period: We offer a 60-day refund policy for the Accelerator program. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 60 days of your program purchase; no exceptions will be made beyond this period.

Evidence Submission Deadline: Please note that evidence of meeting the refund eligibility criteria must be submitted within 48 hours of your refund request.

Refund Eligibility Criteria: To request a refund, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework within 48 hours of your request, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund must include ALL of the following items:

  1. A link to your website
  2. Screenshots of your completed workbooks/sheets
  3. A link to your client intake funnel
  4. At least 4 screenshots of your social media posts promoting your OBM Business
  5. Active participation in live calls and the private community forum

Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1/ Compile evidence of your completed course work, implementation of Accelerator strategies, and completed workbook.

2/ Email these materials to support@obmschool.com within 48 hours of your refund request.

Refund Review: All refund requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion upon receiving the required materials. If your refund is approved, you will receive a refund for the program fee, minus the payment processing fee (approximately 3%), as Stripe and PayPal do not reimburse sellers for this fee.

Refund Exclusions: It’s essential to understand that refunds will not be granted for reasons such as financial constraints, a change of mind regarding the Accelerator, or a lack of implementation of the program’s strategies. Refunds will be issued exclusively in cases where you have made a sincere effort to apply the Accelerator principles, followed the program’s guidelines, and found that it did not meet your expectations.

Commitment to Engagement: We kindly request that you enroll in Accelerator only if you are committed to fully engaging with the program material and actively participating in the community. Our goal is to support your growth, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
